I use a fee-for-service model, which means I’m not driven by commissions. My recommendations are based solely on what suits you best—even if that means a low-cost or no-cost option. You can trust that my travel advice is tailored to your needs, not a sales target.

Whether you're in a capital city or a remote regional town, you can access my travel planning services. I use whichever communication method you prefer—video chat, phone call, email, text or in-person (if you're local!). My goal is to make planning your trip easy and enjoyable, no matter where you live.

Transparent pricing, always

In most cases, you will pay the travel provider directly, meaning no hidden fees or sneaky mark-ups. The only fee you pay to me is for the work I do on your behalf—and I’ll always outline this upfront. That way, you know exactly what your holiday costs and where your money is going.

I provide end-to-end travel planning and booking services—researching, recommending and organising as much or as little of your trip as you need. I'm completely guided by you, whether you want help with a single element or a full itinerary.

Which areas do you service?

I service clients Australia-wide using phone, email, text and video calls. 

Think of choosing your travel agent in the same way you would choose your lawyer, accountant, or financial adviser —  choose someone for their expertise, approach, and the way they work to understand your needs, not their postcode. You don’t need to choose your travel agent based on who happens to be closest to you. Where is your office located?

My office is located on Byrnes Street, right in the heart of Mareeba,

an iconic regional town in Far North Queensland, where the rainforest meets the outback.

I'm incredibly lucky to live and work as a personal travel agent in Mareeba. It gives me a deep connection to both the local community and the stunning natural surrounds that make this part of the world so special.

While I work with clients all across Australia, many locals love being able to drop into my office. My Mareeba location makes it easy for clients to visit  from nearby areas such as:

How do you support rural and remote clients?

Let's face it, holiday travel is just different for those living in regional, rural and remote parts of Australia. Living in Far North Queensland, Cape York, the Torres Strait, or the Gulf means travel is a little more complex. It often involves extra flights, careful connections, overnight stays, and much more planning just to get to the starting point of your trip.

Based in Far North Queensland, I know first-hand what it takes to plan a smooth holiday from communities across the Cape York Peninsula, Torres Strait, the Gulf region and country towns throughout FNQ. I understand the extra steps, the extra logistics, and the importance of getting it right from the very first flight.

Whether you're travelling from Weipa, Cooktown, Thursday Island, Mossman/Port Douglas, Normanton or a remote community further afield, I help make international and domestic travel feel simpler, more connected, and far less overwhelming.

While many clients visit my Mareeba office, I also work with travellers across Far North Queensland who prefer a more flexible arrangement. I regularly assist clients in Atherton, Cairns, Innisfail, Mossman and Port Douglas, and I’m happy to meet in a way that suits you best.
