HOST a Small Group Trip with Me Time Holidays & Travel
Bring Your Passion to Life
Turn your interest, hobby or expertise into a thoughtfully planned group travel experience — without taking on the workload of an unpaid travel agent and bookkeeper!
Your Passion. Your People. Your Trip.
Do you have a passion, interest or hobby that naturally lends itself to travel?
From gardening, history, hiking, volunteering or cooking, this is about creating a small group trip with purpose — one that brings like-minded people together around something they love.
IMAGINE THIS
You bring the passion; I bring the expertise, systems and support
How it works
You bring the idea
It can be as specific as attending the Chelsea Flower Show, or as broad as “a hiking adventure”. You don’t need a fully formed plan — just an idea and a willingness to explore it. If you’ve ever thought “this would make an incredible trip”, let’s talk it through.
We co-create the itinerary
Based on your travel style, the itinerary can be as structured or as relaxed as you like. I take care of the research, planning and logistics. Every itinerary is built around your travel style and preferences and you get to give the final tick of approval.
You invite your people
Open it to the public or keep it private; the choice is yours. I can promote through my social channels and newsletter if you like. You’ll gather a minimum of 10 travellers to join the journey, with you as host.
We make it happen
Bookings, payments, documentation and communication are all managed by me, so you can focus on enjoying the experience. Once your group books, you’ll receive half of my group coordination fee to put towards your own trip expenses.
